You may have seen beauty salons that offer dental whitening, or maybe you are walking in the mall an you see teeth whitening service stations.  They may offer covenant way to whiten your teeth however, dentists warn consumers about the safety of tooth whitening that is now being offered at many beauty salons and clinics. The risk of teeth whitening procedure is manifold when it is performed by unqualified staff. The BDA and the General Dental Council have both reiterated that tooth whitening should be carried out only by registered dental practitioners.
